1996 No. 316 FISHING LEVY (ALL FISHERIES) REGULATIONS - REG 3.03

3.03. For section 110 of the Management Act, levy for a CSF fishing permit
must be paid on, or before, the later of:

   (a)  28 January 1997; and

   (b)  28 days after the grant of the permit.
