3. (1) The Attorney-General may appoint a member to be the Presiding Member of
the Board.

(2) The Presiding Member shall hold office as Presiding Member only while he
continues to be a member.

(3) The Presiding Member may resign his office of Presiding Member by writing
under his hand delivered to the Attorney-General.
