5. (1) The Board shall, as soon as practicable after each 30 June, prepare and
submit to the Attorney-General a report of the operations of the Institute
during the year that ended on that 30 June.

(2) The Attorney-General shall cause a copy of a report furnished to him under
sub-regulation (1) to be laid before each House of the Parliament within 15
sitting days of that House after its receipt by the Attorney-General.
