1995 No. 221 FISHING LEVY (NORTHERN PRAWN FISHERY) REGULATIONS - REG 2

2. (1) In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears:

"Levy Act" means the Fishing Levy Act 1991;

"Management Act" means the Fisheries Management Act 1991;

"Northern Prawn Fishery Management Plan 1995" means the plan of management
that is in force from time to time in respect of the Northern Prawn Fishery;

"relevant year" means the year in respect of which:

   (a)  an active Class A statutory fishing right; or

   (b)  a surplus Class A statutory fishing right; has effect for the purposes
        of regulation 3.

(2) An expression used in these Regulations that is also used in the
Northern Prawn Fishery Management Plan 1995 has the same meaning as it has in
that plan.
