1984 No. 425 FAMILY LAW RULES - ORDER 12 RULE 1

Ex parte applications 
1. (1) In an urgent case on an application made ex parte, a court may make an
order until a specified time or until further order.

(2) An ex parte application under sub-rule (1) shall be made in accordance
with this Order.
