1984 No. 425 FAMILY LAW RULES - ORDER 12 RULE 5

5. (1) Where, upon an application made ex parte, a court makes an order of a
kind referred to in rule 1, the order shall be expressed to operate only until
a specified time or until further order.

(2) Where a court makes an order of a kind referred to in sub-rule (1) the
court may give such directions as it thinks fit with respect to-

   (a)  the service of the order and of other documents relating to the order;
        and

   (b)  the date for hearing the application.
