1984 No. 425 FAMILY LAW RULES - ORDER 13 RULE 3

3. In or in relation to pending proceedings, the court or a Registrar may,
without formal application, make an order with respect to-

   (a)  the joint hearing of applications;

   (b)  conferences between the parties with a view to settlement of
        differences relating to financial and custodial proceedings; and

   (c)  conferences with court counsellors, welfare officers or marriage
        counsellors.
