1984 No. 425 FAMILY LAW RULES - ORDER 14 RULE 2
Intervention by the Attorney-General under section 58
2. (1) When intervening under section 58 of the Act, the Attorney-General
shall file with the application an affidavit stating the facts and matters
upon which the Attorney-General relies.
(2) An application and affidavit referred to in sub-rule (1) shall be served
by the Attorney-General on the other parties to the proceedings in accordance
with Order 18, paragraph 5 (1) (a), (b) or (c).
