1984 No. 425 FAMILY LAW RULES - ORDER 14 RULE 3

Leave to intervene
3. (1) A person, not being a party to proceedings, who wishes to intervene in
those proceedings shall file an application in accordance with Form 8, for
leave to intervene.

(2) There shall be filed with an application for leave to intervene an
affidavit which sets out-

   (a)  the relationship (if any) of the intervener to the parties or any of
        them;

   (b)  the facts and matters on which the applicant relies in seeking leave
        to intervene; and

   (c)  the orders (if any) that the applicant will seek if leave is granted.

(3) The application and affidavit referred to in this rule shall be served on
each party to the proceedings.
