1984 No. 425 FAMILY LAW RULES - ORDER 14 RULE 5

5. Where an application is made concerning the welfare, guardianship, custody
or maintenance of, or access to, a child, notice of the proceedings shall be
given in such form as the court or a Registrar may determine-

   (a)  where the parties to the proceedings do not include each parent of the
        child-to any parent of the child who is not a party; and

   (b)  where the child is a child to whom sub-section 10 (1) of the Act
        applies-

        (i)    to the relevant Minister of the Crown of the State;

        (ii)   to the relevant officer of the State or Territory;

        (iii)  to the person or authority who, under the law of the State or
               Territory, has the guardianship of, or the care and control of
               such child; or

        (iv)   to such other person as the Court may direct.
