1984 No. 425 FAMILY LAW RULES - ORDER 15 RULE 10

Notice to attend for cross-examination
10. A party to proceedings may, by notice in writing given to a party by whom
an affidavit was filed, require that the deponent attend at the hearing for
cross-examination and, if the deponent fails to attend, the court may-

   (a)  refuse to allow the affidavit to be used;

   (b)  allow the affidavit to be used upon such conditions as the court
        thinks fit; or

   (c)  adjourn the proceedings until the deponent attends for
        cross-examination.
