1984 No. 425 FAMILY LAW RULES - ORDER 15 RULE 15

Affidavits deemed to be filed on or before return day 
15. An affidavit filed in proceedings on or before-

   (a)  a day to which the return day fixed pursuant to Order 7, rule 2 in
        relation to the proceedings has been extended; or

   (b)  any day to which the hearing of the matters to be determined on the
        return day has been adjourned, shall be deemed to be filed on or
        before the return day.
