1984 No. 425 FAMILY LAW RULES - ORDER 15 RULE 18

18. An affidavit (other than an affidavit in respect of the service of which
provision is made otherwise than by this Rule) filed by a party to proceedings
shall be served on each other party to the proceedings, in a manner referred
to in Order 18, paragraph 5 (1) (a), (b) or (c), as soon as practicable after
the filing of the affidavit.
