1984 No. 425 FAMILY LAW RULES - ORDER 18 RULE 1

1. Unless the Court otherwise orders-

   (a)  a person shall not file or serve a document in or in relation to
        proceedings unless in that document, or in a document previously filed
        by the person in the proceedings, the person gives or has given an
        address for service in Australia; and

   (b)  a person who does not have an address for service shall not be heard
        by the court.
