1984 No. 425 FAMILY LAW RULES - ORDER 18 RULE 17

17. (1) Where service of a document is effected in accordance with paragraph 5
(1) (b) or (c), the identity of the respondent's signature on a returned
acknowledgement of service may be proved by oral evidence or affidavit.

(2) An affidavit of proof of the respondent's signature shall be in accordance
with Form 21.
