1984 No. 425 FAMILY LAW RULES - ORDER 19 RULE 1

1. A party to proceedings may direct to another party to the proceedings, by
serving it on that other party-

   (a)  a request for particulars or further particulars of any allegation or
        matter in a pleading or affidavit filed by that other party; or

   (b)  a request for answers to specific questions relevant to a matter
        before the court in the proceedings.
