1984 No. 425 FAMILY LAW RULES - ORDER 19 RULE 2

Giving of particulars and answers
2. (1) A party to proceedings to whom a request under paragraph 1 (a) is
directed shall, and a party to whom a request under paragraph 1 (b) is
directed may, within 21 days after the service of the request upon that person
or within such further time as the requesting party or the Court allows-

   (a)  except in the case of particulars or answers to which paragraph (b)
        applies-give the particulars, further particulars or answers
        requested; and

   (b)  where objection is made to giving, or the party is unable to give, all
        or any of the particulars, further particulars or answers-state the
        ground on which the party so objects or is so unable.

(2) Particulars, further particulars or answers given pursuant to this Order
shall be verified by the affidavit of the person giving them.
