1984 No. 425 FAMILY LAW RULES - ORDER 19 RULE 3

Non-compliance with request for answers to questions
3. (1) Where a party elects not to comply with a request under paragraph 1 (b)
either as to all or any of the answers requested, the requesting party may
apply to the court for an order that the party served with the request answer
such of the questions as the court considers relevant to the proceedings
before it.

(2) On the hearing of an application pursuant to sub-rule (1), the court may
grant or refuse the application, or approve the questions with such
modifications or omissions as it thinks fit and shall, if appropriate, specify
the time within which answers to the questions shall be given.

(3) When an order under sub-rule (2) is made, the party ordered to answer
specific questions shall, within the time allowed by the Court, give the
answers to the questions approved by the Court verified by the affidavit of
the person giving them and subject to all proper objections.
