1984 No. 425 FAMILY LAW RULES - ORDER 19 RULE 6

Failure to comply with request
6. Where a party-

   (a)  fails to give particulars or further particulars in accordance with
        rule 2; or

   (b)  fails to give answers in accordance with rule 3, the court may, upon
        the application of the party requiring the particulars or answers,
        make such orders as it thinks fit-

   (c)  requiring the giving of the particulars or answers; and

   (d)  as to the continuance of the proceedings, or as to the right of a
        party to continue the proceedings.
