1984 No. 425 FAMILY LAW RULES - ORDER 20 RULE 1
Mutual and informal discovery
1. (1) The parties to proceedings may agree to mutual and informal discovery
and inspection of documents that relate to any matter in question in the
proceedings.
(2) Discovery and inspection pursuant to this rule may be had upon such terms
as the parties agree.
