1984 No. 425 FAMILY LAW RULES - ORDER 20 RULE 2

2. (1) A party to proceedings who has filed a pleading or affidavit in the
proceedings may, after the return day of the application initiating the
proceedings, serve on another party to the proceedings a request to make
discovery on oath of the documents that are, or have been, in the possession,
custody or control of the other party relating to all or any of the matters in
question in the proceedings.

(2) A request under this rule shall be in accordance with Form 24.
