1984 No. 425 FAMILY LAW RULES - ORDER 23 RULE 15

15. (1) Subject to these Rules, where a person under disability is a party
to proceedings, the next friend of that person-

   (a)  shall do anything required; and

   (b)  may do anything permitted, by these Rules to be done by that person.

(2) A next friend who is not a solicitor must act by a legal practitioner.
