1984 No. 425 FAMILY LAW RULES - ORDER 23 RULE 17

17. A person who desires to act as next friend of a person under disability in
relation to an intervention in any proceedings by that person under disability
may apply to the court-

   (a)  to be appointed as next friend of the person under disability; and

   (b)  pursuant to section 92 of the Act, for leave for the person under
        disability to intervene by his next friend, if so appointed.
