1984 No. 425 FAMILY LAW RULES - ORDER 23 RULE 18

Proceedings against person under disability not to continue until next friend appointed
18. Unless the court otherwise orders, where a respondent to an application is
a person under disability, proceedings against the respondent shall not be
continued unless and until a next friend has been appointed for the respondent
and the next friend has filed an answer, an affidavit or a notice of address
for service.
