1984 No. 425 FAMILY LAW RULES - ORDER 23 RULE 19

19. (1) The court may make such orders as it thinks proper as to the payment
of the costs and expenses of, and of an application for the appointment of, a
next friend-

   (a)  by a party; or

   (b)  from the income or assets of the person under disability.

(2) Unless the court otherwise orders, an order for costs under sub-rule (1)
shall be deemed to be as between solicitor and client.
