1984 No. 425 FAMILY LAW RULES - ORDER 23 RULE 6

Interpretation
6. In this Order, "infirm person" means a person who, by reason of physical,
mental or other infirmity does not understand the nature and possible
consequences of the relevant proceedings or is not capable of giving adequate
instruction for the conduct of, or himself adequately conducting in person,
those proceedings.
