1984 No. 425 FAMILY LAW RULES - ORDER 25 RULE 1
Nomination of person to assist reconciliation
1. Where the Principal Director of Court Counselling of the Family Court of
Australia or an appropriate officer of a State Family Court nominates a person
other than a marriage counsellor or approved marriage counselling organization
to assist parties in considering a reconciliation, the Director or officer
shall sign a form of nomination in accordance with Form 31 and deliver the
same to the person nominated.
