1984 No. 425 FAMILY LAW RULES - ORDER 25 RULE 4
Form of certificate under sub-section 44 (1B)
4. (1) A certificate for the purposes of sub-section 44 (1B) of the Act shall
be in accordance with Form 34.
(2) A certificate in accordance with Form 35 may be provided by a person or
organization specified in paragraph 44 (1B) (a) of the Act.
(3) The court may receive in evidence a certificate of a kind referred to in
sub-rules (1) and (2).
