1984 No. 425 FAMILY LAW RULES - ORDER 26 RULE 1

1. (1) A maintenance agreement to which section 86 of the Act applies may be
registered in a court having jurisdiction under the Act by filing a copy of
the agreement together with the affidavit of a party to the agreement, or of
the solicitor for such a party, verifying the copy as a true copy of the
agreement.

(2) Where a maintenance agreement has been registered in accordance with
sub-rule (1), the party filing the agreement shall, as soon as practicable
after the date of filing, give written notice to each other party to the
agreement that the agreement has been registered and specifying the court and
date of registration.
