1984 No. 425 FAMILY LAW RULES - ORDER 26 RULE 2
Registration of agreements under section 87
2. A maintenance agreement approved by a court in accordance with section 87
of the Act may be registered in another court having jurisdiction under the
Act by filing a sealed copy of the order approving the agreement together with
a sealed copy of the agreement.
