1984 No. 425 FAMILY LAW RULES - ORDER 27 RULE 1

1. (1) A party who has filed a pleading or affidavit in proceedings in a court
exercising jurisdiction under the Act may, by application filed in the
filing registry, apply to have the proceedings heard-

   (a)  in another registry of that court; or

   (b)  in another court exercising jurisdiction under the Act.

(2) A party who has filed a pleading or affidavit in proceedings in the
Supreme Court of a State or Territory may, by application filed in that Court,
apply to have the proceedings heard at a particular place within that State or
Territory.
