1984 No. 425 FAMILY LAW RULES - ORDER 27 RULE 4

4. (1) Where a Family Court makes an order under sub-section 40 (6) or 41 (4A)
of the Act, the Registrar of that court shall transmit the order to the
Registrar or other proper officer of the Supreme Court from which the
proceedings have been transferred, whereupon that Registrar or other proper
officer shall forward to the Registry of the Family Court specified in the
order the court papers in the proceedings.

(2) Thereafter, the Family Court shall proceed as if the proceedings had been
originally instituted in that court, and may have regard to the evidence given
before the transfer of the proceedings.
