1984 No. 425 FAMILY LAW RULES - ORDER 27 RULE 6
Transmission of Court papers-generally
6. Where further proceedings between parties are instituted in a court or
registry other than the court or registry in which earlier proceedings were
heard and determined, the Registrar of the first-mentioned court or registry
may request the Registrar of the other court or registry to transmit to him
the court papers in the earlier proceedings and the Registrar of that court or
registry shall comply with the request.
