1984 No. 425 FAMILY LAW RULES - ORDER 28 RULE 8

8. If a person on whom a subpoena is duly served does not appear, or does not
remain in attendance as required by the subpoena, a Judge or Magistrate may,
on being satisfied that the person was duly served and tendered expenses in
accordance with rule 2, issue a warrant for the arrest of that person and
order that person to pay any costs occasioned by such failure.
