1984 No. 425 FAMILY LAW RULES - ORDER 34 RULE 2

Contempt other than in the face of the Court
2. (1) Where a person alleges that another person has committed a contempt of
the court, other than a contempt to which rule 1 applies, the first- mentioned
person may file an application in a registry of that court for the other
person to be dealt with for that contempt.

(2) An application pursuant to sub-rule (1) shall be in accordance with Form
47.

(3) A person who files an application under sub-rule (1) shall file with the
application an affidavit setting out the facts sought to be relied on.

(4) Where an application is filed under sub-rule (1), a copy of the
application shall, unless the court or a Registrar otherwise orders, be served
on the respondent in accordance with Order 18, paragraph 5 (a).
