1984 No. 425 FAMILY LAW RULES - ORDER 34 RULE 4

Respondent may be held in custody pending hearing 
4. The court may, pending disposal of proceedings under this Order, direct
that the person charged-

   (a)  be held in custody; or

   (b)  be released with or without security in such sum as the court may
        direct that the person will appear personally to answer the charge.
