1984 No. 425 FAMILY LAW RULES - ORDER 34 RULE 7

Who may take proceedings
7. The Marshal or an officer of the Attorney-General's Department may, and at
the direction of a Family Court the Marshal shall, by filing an application in
accordance with Form 48 or Form 49, make application to the court that any
person alleged to have committed an offence or to be guilty of a failure to
comply of a kind referred to in sub-rule 6 (1) or to have failed to comply
with any other order made by the court or with a condition of a recognizance,
be dealt with for that offence or failure to comply.
