1984 No. 425 FAMILY LAW RULES - ORDER 38 RULE 1

1. (1) Subject to sub-rule (2), this Order applies to all work done in
proceedings by a solicitor on or after the commencement of these Rules.

(2) The provisions of the Regulations as in force immediately prior to the
commencement of these Rules continue to apply to work done by a solicitor
before that date as if the Regulations were contained in these Rules.
