1984 No. 425 FAMILY LAW RULES - ORDER 38 RULE 11

Proceedings that were or could have been instituted together
11. Where proceedings of a kind referred to in sub-rules 6 (1), 7 (1), or 8
(1) were, or could reasonably have been, instituted by a solicitor on behalf
of an applicant at the same time as other proceedings of that kind between the
same parties, the solicitor may charge for all those proceedings only one of
the basic composite amounts applicable in respect of those proceedings, being
the higher, or highest, of those basic composite amounts that, but for this
rule, would have been chargeable under this Division.
