1984 No. 425 FAMILY LAW RULES - ORDER 7 RULE 3

Title to documents
3. (1) Subject to sub-rule (2), a document, other than a document in the
nature of Form 31, 32, 33, 34, 35 or 42 to be filed in, or issued out of, a
registry of a court shall be headed in accordance with Form 1.

(2) When jurisdiction is conferred on a Family Court in matters arising under
an Act other than the Family Law Act 1975, the heading of documents shall be
varied accordingly.

(3) In a document filed in pending proceedings, addresses of the parties may
be omitted from the title to that document unless the document is-

   (a)  an application for leave to intervene; or

   (b)  a document intended to be served on a person not a party to the
        proceedings.

(4) Where the filing registry of proceedings is changed, the title to the
documents filed subsequently shall be varied accordingly.
