1984 No. 425 FAMILY LAW RULES - ORDER 7 RULE 9

9. (1) This rule applies to all applications for which no other form of
application is provided in these Rules.

(2) An application to which this rule applies shall be-

   (a)  if there are no pending proceedings in the filing registry between the
        parties to the application-in accordance with Form 7; or

   (b)  in any other case-in accordance with Form 8.

(3) An application to which this rule applies shall set out with precision-

   (a)  the interim orders (if any) sought; and

   (b)  the final orders sought.

(4) Unless the court or a Registrar otherwise orders, an application to which
this rule applies shall not be filed unless there is filed with the
application an affidavit in accordance with Order 16.
