1984 No. 426 FAMILY LAW REGULATIONS - REG 45
Immunity of Controller in respect of orders to pay costs
45. A person who holds office as the Controller, who is appointed to act as
the Controller or who, being an authorized person, exercises the powers and
performs the functions of the Controller shall not be made subject to any
order to pay costs in relation to his or her exercising the powers or
performing the functions of the Controller.
