1986 No. 140 FAMILY LAW REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 4

4. (1) The Family Law Regulations are amended by omitting the amount specified
in Column 3 of Schedule 1 in an item in that Schedule, being an amount
referred to in the provision of those Regulations specified in Column 2 of
that Schedule in that item, and substituting the amount specified in Column 5
of that Schedule in that item.

(2) The Family Law Regulations are amended by omitting the amount specified in
Column 3 of Schedule 2 in an item in that Schedule, being an amount referred
to in the provision of those Regulations specified in Column 2 of that
Schedule in that item, and substituting the amount specified in Column 5 of
that Schedule in that item.

(3) The amendments of the Family Law Regulations effected by sub-regulation
(1) apply in respect of work done in relation to a matter that is referred by
a relevant authority to a solicitor after 31 August 1986.

(4) The amendments of the Family Law Regulations effected by sub-regulation
(2) apply in respect of work done by a solicitor after 31 August 1986 in
relation to a matter referred by a relevant authority to the solicitor.
