1986 No. 193 FAMILY LAW RULES (AMENDMENT) - RULE 3
Documents to be annexed or exhibited
3. Rule 4 of Order 15 of the Family Law Rules is amended by inserting after
sub-rule (1) the following sub-rule:
"(1A) An annexure to an affidavit shall bear an endorsement, signed by the
person before whom the affidavit is sworn, that identifies the annexure as the
particular annexure referred to in the affidavit.".
