1988 No. 15 FAMILY LAW RULES (AMENDMENT) - RULE 4

4. Schedule 1 to the Family Law Rules is amended:

   (a)  by omitting Forms 1 to 8 (inclusive), 12, 32, 33, 42, 43, 47, 48A, 49
        and 57;

   (b)  by omitting from Forms 9, 10, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21,
        22, 23, 23A, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 36, 37, 38, 41, 44, 54, 55,
        56, 58, 59, 60, 61 and 62 "(Title)" and substituting "(Short Title)";
        and

   (c)  by inserting in its proper numerical position in that Schedule each of
        the forms set out in the Schedule to these Rules.
