1988 No. 166 FAMILY LAW RULES (AMENDMENT) - RULE 12

12. Rule 3 of Order 25 of the Family Law Rules is amended by omitting subrule
(5) and substituting the following subrule:

"(5) Where a sealed copy of an application instituting proceedings for
principal relief is served on a respondent in Australia, there shall be
furnished to the respondent, with that copy, a copy of whichever of the
documents setting out the matters required by section 17 of the Act is
applicable in relation to the application.".
