1988 No. 46 FAMILY LAW RULES (AMENDMENT) - RULE 2
Filing of marriage certificate or other document with application
2. Rule 5 of Order 7 of the Family Law Rules is amended by inserting after
subrule (1) the following subrule:
"(1A) Subrule (1) does not apply unless the application is filed in a
matrimonial cause or in proceedings between parties to a marriage that has
been annulled or dissolved.".
