1988 No. 46 FAMILY LAW RULES (AMENDMENT) - RULE 7

7. After Rule 9 of Order 16 of the Family Law Rules the following rule is
inserted: Affidavit for purposes of section 66X of the Act

"9A. (1) There shall be filed with an application for the purposes of section
66X of the Act an affidavit specifying concisely, and confined to, facts
relevant to the matters referred to in paragraphs (a), (b), (c) and (d) of
that section and in subsection 66Y (1).

"(2) Where:

   (a)  a mother has died and the death is as a result of a pregnancy or
        birth; and

   (b)  an affidavit is filed with an application for the purposes of section
        66X of the Act in relation to the expenses of the mother; the
        affidavit shall set out the grounds on which the person filing the
        affidavit claims standing to do so.
