1988 No. 9 FAMILY LAW RULES (AMENDMENT) - RULE 4
Conferences between parties
4. Rule 1 of Order 24 of the Family Law Rules is amended by omitting subrule
(5) and substituting the following subrule:
"(5) A conference ordered under subrule (1) for the purposes of subsection 79
(9) of the Act shall be held with a Registrar or Deputy Registrar of the
Family Court.".
