1989 No. 205 FAMILY LAW REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 1

Regulation 19 of the Family Law Regulations is amended:

   (a)  by omitting paragraph (b) and substituting the following paragraph:

"(b) the Domestic Violence (Family Protection) Act 1989 of the State of
Queensland;";
(b) by inserting in paragraph (e) "the provisions of" before "Part XA";

   (c)  by adding at the end of the following paragraph:

"(g) the provisions of Division 8 of Part IV of the Justices Act of the
Northern Territory.".
